WNORTH is a global community and platform focused on developing women in leadership, offering events, programs, and resources to support and advance the careers of women aspiring to senior executive roles.
WNORTH faced the challenge of transitioning from an in-person, events-based company to fully online in response to the pandemic. This required shifting all events and programming to virtual platforms within a short timeframe, as well as developing a new Members’ portal, launching a virtual conference for over 120 attendees, and continue to develop new offerings.
Led the transition from in-person to fully virtual events and programming, including launching an online Members’ portal and hosting a North America-wide virtual conference for 120+ attendees within four months.
